Derin Erbengi is a Turkish chef with training in pastry from MSA and in chocolate arts from Le Cordon Bleu. She previously owned and operated her own chocolate business in Turkey. With extensive knowledge and a deep passion for chocolate, she is currently working as a  chocolate consultant. She is actively residing and working in the Netherlands.
